The Story Of More Souls...
It all began while I was on tour with Maverick City Music, Tasha Cobbs-Leonard, and JWLKRS. It was November 2024, and I had just been asked to join the Good News Tour as a videographer. Life was loud, fast, and full—every sound check, every rehearsal, every late-night load-out. Somewhere in the chaos, Chandler's road manager, Q, and I became close. We spent those in-between moments working, talking, laughing, and surviving the pace of tour life together.
At that time, I had quietly set aside the idea of ever starting a brand again. The dream was still in me, but it was buried—sitting on the back burner while I focused on the opportunity in front of me. But every night, lying in this tiny bunk on a beautiful tour bus, I felt that same tug: you’re called to build something. Filming was incredible, but I knew it wasn’t the whole story.
So I prayed. Constantly.
What is it?
What’s the name?
What’s the mission?
What’s the purpose?
I asked over and over.
One night, Q and I were walking off stage, looking at a massive empty arena before doors opened. I think we were in Toronto—one of the biggest shows on the tour, over 13,000 tickets sold. I looked out and said, “Bro, isn’t it crazy that this place is about to be full tonight?”
He nodded and replied, “Yeah, bro. It’s wild… it’s just more souls.”
The moment he said those words, I literally stopped walking—right there on the stairs. I turned around, watched him walk away, and said out loud, “That’s it. That’s the name. More Souls.”
Everything hit me at once.
The designs.
The mission.
The people.
The purpose.
All of it.
The phrase wouldn’t let me go. It stuck to me like a hook. So every morning before videography was needed, I’d climb to the top of whatever arena we were in, sit above the empty seats, and design. For an hour a day, I just stared out at the silence and asked myself what “More Souls” meant. I didn’t fully know yet—but I could feel it.
For the first time since 2018, I was obsessed with the game again. I asked Q if I could use the name, what he thought, and all he said was, “Go. Do it. I’ll support you however I can. Show people what those words mean.”
There was already community behind it—already meaning, already movement.
So I went all-in. Quietly.
Over the next year, I sketched, planned, refined, and dreamed. I built the early looks, the message, the identity. About nine months later, I launched the social accounts and got our first load of product. That was the start.
And now—here we are. A little over a year later.
It’s time.
Time to build boldly.
Time to live on purpose.
Time to move with passion.
Time for More Souls.
